I can get on here at work. Hee hee. This is not good (or maybe it is).

All is well with me.

I have a new kitty named Robert Frost or "Frosty," "Bobby," "Rob." He's kind of annoying ha but he came from the pound so I'm guessing he picked up some personality quirks from there. We're working through those quirks together. :-) For instance, his constant meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeowing. He just has a lot on his mind that he wants to express to the world.

Ironman training is coming along, swimming is hard but so far I'm surviving.

Work's boring as hail.

I'm going to the doc later this month to get meds for adult ADHD which I'm about 90 percent certain I have (ask me the last book I read, go ahead ask me ;) )

I want internet in my house god DAMMIT

I am currently sitting by my apartment complex pool at 10 pm looking like a weirdo so I can leech off of the leasing office's internet and find a recipe for apple pie. true story.

When I was in Florence Italy in April 2007 I bought a bottle of wine.

I carried it back to Scotland where I was studying and then home back to the States. It went through 2 house moves after that.

I didn't want it to go through another house move. I intended to open it with a future boyfriend. I opened it instead last night with Ruben. We didn't finish it, I am finishing it now. And I just coughed half a glass onto the carpet. HAHAHA.

**** Modified Oatmeal Waffle Recipe *****

- In blender combine: 4 cups rolled oats, 4 cups water, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, a dash of salt, a dash of sugar, 1 cup of varied ingredient (fruit, nuts, peanut butter, nutella, etc)

BLEND

- Stir in 2 cups rolled oats

- Let mix sit for 10 minutes. The stirred in oats will help soak up excess water and give the waffles a hearty, yummy consistency.

BAKE IN WAFFLE IRON

Makes tons of waffle batter.

This is delicious and so much healthier (and cheaper!) than traditional waffle mix.

I have been living off this stuff for the past week.

My credit card came in the mail yesterday, and I am BUYING THINGS :)

I'll chill out here in a bit but it's just fun for a tiny bit because I have been penny pinching for the move and the stuff I am buying I can use in the new house and I kinna need them:) (waffle maker, blender, etc)

I know what you're thinking and yes waffles are an essential, and so is a cast iron skillet those are so cool.
