My icon/graphic policy is generally:
1. Credit nice, but not necessary
2. Avoid hotlinking.
3. If you want to take an icon, let me know because I'm curious like that.
4. Enjoy!
5. All I ask is that you don't take credit for my icons/graphics/stuff(course that kind of goes without saying).
