Unlike most of you who customize their character into a ugly ahh, loney toons character, i wanna look like im the MC
In one game, and ONLY one game, I chose to wipe out the Brotherhood. Which means I never kill the princess. Which means the Emperor never comes to Skyrim. Which means the Kateriah never comes to Skyrim.
Guess where Meridias Beacon spawned?
What are some historical figures you feel would be fun to play in Skyrim and what kind of character would play as?
Obvious ones like Joan of Arc would probably be a crusader or paladin.
My beloved Nobunaga as previously contemplated could be a vampire lord or at least Daedra siding due to his Demonic persona at times.
William Wallace, a perfect barbarian or warrior fit for the Stormcloaks I feel.
Grigory Rasputin as an evil wizard could be fun, using necromancy and/or enchanting everything.
And to throw in someone not involved in politics or war, Michael Jackson as a thief... a smooth criminal if you will.
I have horrible news... I just discovered that the official ESO Dating Sim Browser Game is no longer up to play... If u don't know what I'm talking about, search for Smolder Scrolls Online.
Iv been getting this bug for a while since downloading MWSE which is pretty basic
Has anyone experienced this and know how to fix the issue or is my computer just struggling to handle all this data ?

There's a conversation between Vingalmo and Ronthil I've observed in-game which doesn't appear on their respective pages, and I want to add it in tge same style as the other conversations, but I don't know how to do so.
I did one playthrough as a nord human awesome it was 🙂
My new playthrough I'm still deciding if I want to be a Elf a Argonian or a Khajit.
I narrowed it down to Argonian or Khajit
As for class maybe Assassin.
Any tips would be awesome thank you
An entire garrison of 15 guards killed in broad daylight. Bounty earned: 40.
This was a total accident. I was messing around with shield charge in Markarth and I accidentally ran into a guard. This earned me a 40 gold bounty for assault and caused all the guards in the city to turn hostile. I was just about to quickload when I thought it might be fun (especially considering all the high places in the city) to try and fend them all off just using shield charge. After several hilarious minutes of sending guards flying down stairs and over railings, there were none left. And yet, because they were all technically killed by gravity, I was still only wanted for that initial assault XD

So since I am replaying Skyrim and thinking of doing Oblivion sometime this year(OG one not remastered) and I thought about what kind of side quest or little booklet you've read or found in Skyrim or other sources that could lead to an interesting ordeals in the next sequel.
So my thoughts are
In My Time of Need- Saadia and Kematu having opposing claims which contradict one another but overall agree that the native people of Hammerfell and the Thalmor are still in conflict and if the game is very much taking place their we might see the conflict taking place before or after the Second Treaty of Stros M'Kai and Kematu stating that the "The resistance against the Dominion is alive and well in Hammerfell" which we can't fact check currently BUT I doubt a withdraw would occur and Hammerfell if they hadn't had a strong opposition to the Thalmor. Plus I don't think the Thalmor wanted a prolonged fight with the Empire as they would have to go into Highrock, Hammerfell, and Skyrim. We don't see much of if any Great battles in The Reach, The Rift, or Falkreath hold which are bordered with Cyrodiilic. So Having to then go into Highrock is over extending by that point. I kind of see Hammerfell like China in before, during, and after WW2 in very lose terms. Such as the Communists vs Nationalists, and then the Japanese involvement forced them to a ceasefire. The Forebearers and the Crowns. So either the Thalmor are hoping the two factions weaken each other which is why it seemed better to withdraw. Or cut their losses to have the Empire get weaken more.
College of Winterhold-Arniel's Endeavor's quest involves helping him acquire his odd assortment of Dwemer items and soul gems for a experiment which results in him hitting it out of frustration and he is gone. I assume he was trying to figure out a way to repeat the hypothesized disappearance, or recreating the ability to make constructs. Now whether or not he becomes a villain in ES6 idk. But if the Dwemer did come back I doubt they've like foreigners in their ancient homes living or otherwise. Plus Dwemer don't come across as very ethically inclined or morally sound in behavior at least from my perspective. Especially since nothing occurs after he vanishes.
Southern Morrowind- I highly doubt this one but it offers a very alien like people and potential in the future. We know how the Red Mountain erupted destablizing the province with the Argonians invading either for revenge or expansionism after somehow revere uno carding the Oblivion Gates and riding high on that ferocity. But such a brazen attempt in another Province and leaving a lasting impact for what I assume for 200 years since they still bring it up. So either the Argonians have the region still or they made such a devastating impact(very likely as several npc's comment but that's hearsay). The taking of Southern Morrowind puts them in the geopolitical landscape that is the Dominion's rise, the Empire's decline more.
Idk if anyone has other specific takes from other sources I am not aware of.

I recently started playing Skyrim for the first time (like fifteen years too late). Like I've heard is the case for many others, it's my first Elder Scrolls game, and I really liked it. I feel the game graphically has held up really well and I enjoy that that there's simply so much to do.
That said, I'm not sure if this happened to anyone else, but I'm curious if anyone at a certain point got really, really distracted from the main quest and just went off to do a bunch of different adventures and explore.
Going off my quest archive, I'd completed the Civil War (Imperials), done like two dozen stand alone side quests, almost entirely completed the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves' Guild storyline, got a third of the way into Dawnguard, halfway through the Companions, gotten married, built two houses, adopted two kids, and became thane of like four different holds all before I got the Horn for the Greybeards.
It's not that the main story was boring or anything, it's plenty serviceable. I just always found myself drawn in a bunch of different directions and down a dozen different quest lines that I forgot about the main plot for a while.
Did this happen to anyone else playing Skyrim for the first time or were you able to mostly focus on the main story? I'm genuinely curious to see if this is common or not.
