W. T. F. REDUX
Got a response from the county attorney's office via their victim's coordinator.
Summary: We can do nothing unless he gets caught in NH and then we can serve the warrant.
BUT: He's never going to be in NH. He's going to be in VT for his 7 months of parole and knows not to go to NH; then he goes to NY to live with his father.
So:
NOTHING WILL EVER HAPPEN. He gets away with it. Again. Just like when he assaulted a woman in a bar and hit her in the face with a beer stein while drunk out of his mind. He got off scot free that time. When he hit me before, they put him in the drunk tank overnight, and let him go with nothing but a talking-to. Boys will be boys, right? It's happening all over again.
Final summary: WOMEN GET ASSAULTED AND NOTHING HAPPENS.
Now I need money for a civil suit -- it's my only recourse. It's going to take a couple of thousand dollars, and my YouCaring is still up with a goal of $3,000. Please REBLOG this here, on Tumblr, on Twitter.
Women are being assaulted every day and nothing is done. Nothing. Help me get something done: help me win a civil suit against him for his assault so he finally has to literally pay for what he did.
