About Law

Our Law list responds to the most challenging and pressing legal questions facing us today: from the role of law in human rights to access to justice; from the environment to technology; and from politics to culture. Our interdisciplinary range of textbooks, practical guides, reference books, research monographs and edited collections of essays hold a critical lens up to the legal systems in place and the role of law in our global society.

We are interested in work that takes a comparative, historical, interdisciplinary or socio-legal approach to the law to critically examine how law interacts with society, politics, technology and culture.
