i need to just ramble a little bit so this isnt gonna be very cohesive.
the trajectory bts has been on lately reminds me why i fell out of the fandom and began losing interest in the members in 2019, even if i still listened to the music. i started noticing then that they really were turning into rich people, meaning what happens to the vast majority of people who become rich and untouchable was also happening to them; and what always happens is that when you become rich and powerful you gain a willingness to let go of your own standards and morals to keep the power and influence you have. so i'm not really surprised by anything they're doing now (collabing with zionists and openly supporting abusers, among other things), but it's still disappointing.
