Birthday party for Blaise and Mike

It's the 11th of August, but Roger figures that everyone would be more inclined to party over a weekend than the week. He books several rooms and the main restaurant at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas for the party. The floo network is tucked back in one of the lounge areas so that Muggle guests won't see the comings and goings of wizarding folks. Roger's rather surprised that there are wizarding facilities, but since Las Vegas is first and foremost a tourist town, he figures that money is more than welcome here, no matter the source.
