I like to draw and play an assortment of stringed instruments and drums. Prepare for lots of mushrooms and nature photography on this channel as well.

RE: Wednesday Walk - Flooding
Yeah poor racoons think the storm sewer is a good hiding place, then they all get drowned and wash up in weird places. The flies are loving it. Lake Michigan fortunately has a few secluded beaches not

RE: Three Tune Tuesday - Guitar Freaks
He must have a strong back to support that thing... Unless maybe they used foam for the body of the guitars. I saw him play a four neck guitar live but that thing was on a heavy duty stand.

Poor things look really haggard in the heat. Thankfully we didn't get anywhere near Arizona temperatures up here.

RE: Fungifriday Amanita genus, be carefully.
I often see Elm Oysters off in the distance hoping they will be one of these. Fortunately Elm Oysters are also edible and big just with a fatter stem and no fuzzy cap.

RE: Fungifriday Amanita genus, be carefully.
This guy is not an amanita as it grows from wood and lacks a stem ring. I think it is Volvariella bombycina as the egg and fuzzy cap give it away along with the pink gills. The cap color can range from

RE: Wednesday Walk - Random Sightings
Yeah lots of farm/automotive/construction equipment is like that. I had an old 80s era guitar effect rack that had a strange battery like that where it goes bad you have to open it up and desolder a coin

Better than having a blade fly across the yard. Or get caught breaking nebulous right to repair clauses.

I put the seats in upside down on that table at first but finally noticed a slight angle on it in the isometric before bolting it together. Thankfully I had help and took a trip to get the c-clamp but

I thought I saw you post them a while back. King Buffalo is also pretty good in a similar genre but maybe more rockish.

RE: Fungi Friday - No Chanterelles Yet
Avoid the ticks at all costs. This year has been bad I already got a few on me looking for chanterelles. Someday they'll figure out how to isolate the tumor killing compounds in dog vomit slime mold lol.

Rain cancelled most of the fireworks in all of suburbia. But that didn't stop locals from setting them off secretly in the parking lots around town lol.

I would worry the AI would hallucinate and say it is perfectly edible. Have to talk to the Amish who live off the land to be sure how to cook it properly lol.

Enoki are one of my favorites especially when found in the wild. They look way different in the wild as they are bright orange and slightly slimy. We call them winter mushrooms since they only grow during
