1. Booking Request
Submitting a booking form is a request for availability. A booking becomes confirmed only when EAH Studios accepts the booking and the required payment/deposit is received.
2. Deposit
A deposit secures your date and covers administration, planning and date reservation. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law or where EAH Studios cancels and cannot provide an alternative.
3. Balance
The remaining balance must be paid by the due date agreed with EAH Studios. Unpaid balances may delay or cancel service delivery.
4. Changes
Changes to date, time, venue, package or add-ons must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and any extra costs.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds or transfer options depend on timing, preparation work completed, date reservation and applicable consumer rights.
6. Event Day
The customer must ensure safe access, venue permission, suitable setup space, electricity where required and responsible behaviour around equipment.
