Writing fiction is my life's passion because it frees me from Earth's gravity. It's my drug of choice, my high. And it's free.

I write alternate-Earth fantasy, dark paranormal, and space opera, with a romantic slant. I'm also a longtime fiction focus critique group facilitator, power blogger, and bookworm. My past work résumé includes confidential document transcription for two communications firms, editor of corporate and community newsletters, and co-head writer for a local television production company. On the fiction front, I've had several short stories published in both a local literary magazine and an anthology, and the first 30 pages of a fantasy manuscript place third out of 145 in a nationwide contest. At present, I'm polishing and marketing my novellas and novel-length works for publication.

Without my local fiction focus group—my beloved critique-mates—I wouldn’t be where I am today. Please overlook my rather unhealthy obsession with Anime, Korean drama and comedy, Japanese horror, K-Pop, mega-entertainer Rain (Bi), Ninja Warrior, kilts, Adult Swim, and yummy deli pickles the size of Winnebagos.

One thing about the written word--it's a lifestyle. I wouldn't have it any other way.
