Learning and development is a core principle of this programme and supports continuous adaptation and innovation in the face of complex and constantly evolving water management challenges. Through peer-to-peer learning, sharing knowledge, building skills and learning from diverse contexts, partners improve decision making, strengthen institutions and contribute to more effective and sustainable water management.
