For My Friends Down South

Did you know about:

Stitches!
Four Football Fields of Yarn, String, Wool, Needles, Hooks, Spacers, Beads, Books, Ribbon, Patterns, Buttons, Jewelry and... Vinegar (we don't know why).

February 27th, 2010 at the Premier Knitting, Crochet, and Fiber Arts Expo.

Sounds like a lot of fun that I am glad is not in my back yard.   Cheers (no hitting aloud, just throw soft pretty things at me )

An Tir 12th Night

Pictures! There are 2 batches of them.

First Gallery is just the average (hah) day at 12th night followed by the mellow quiet evening visiting with friends. Yes I am being sarcastic.

It was a lot of fun and craziness. One thing that I find amazing are the little moments that still stick in my mind. You look over and there is a mother and child playing a game with a friend looking on and it just looks like a period painting. Another of a women braiding hair while in the children play around them, also looking like a painting come to life. I still love the father dressed in full armor being led by his daughter with his belt across the parking lot, every so often you would hear a woof or a bark. (Too cute) That night we had a super awesome party with Die Kompanie von Mittelschmerz and was up way to late or early depending on how you look at it.  Tons of friends and fun.

Second Gallery is the always wonderful Arts and Sciences being seen throughout the day on display and or worn. Just an amazing amount of crafted people around us.

Die Companie von Middleschmertz

Official Companie photos will be posted tonight.

I figure that I had only about 8 hours of sleep over the entire weekend and maybe that would explain why I crashed when I got home last night. Hmmmm, could it be that I had too much fun at 12th night. Nah, that couldn't be the problem.
