仙台東照宮に程近い、若い夫婦＋幼児のための住宅です。東照宮のコンテクストから、内陣外陣の精神的に曖昧な境界を図面上のY3通りに見出し、母屋と下屋のずれと重なりによって生まれる、面的（2次元）空間的（3次元）境界と同調させることで、生活のプライベートとパブリックを柔らかく規定しています。こうした操作による住宅の建ち方も、通常の母屋と下屋の立面プロポーションが逆転し、母屋はダイナミックに空を獲得し、下屋が街に対してスケールダウンして現れます。

[[ENGLISH]]This is a house designed for a young couple and their toddler, located near Sendai Toshogu Shrine. Drawing on the context of Toshogu, the design identifies the psychologically ambiguous boundary between the inner and outer sanctuaries as represented by the Y3 line on the floor plan. By synchronizing this boundary with the planar (2D) and spatial (3D) boundaries created by the offset and overlap between the main house and the lower house, the design softly defines the boundaries between private and public life. This architectural approach also reverses the typical facade proportions of the main house and lower house, allowing the main house to dynamically embrace the sky while the lower house appears scaled down in relation to the city.
