Overview
The Dashboard is the central hub of Market Intelligence and the first page you see after launching the application. It provides a comprehensive, high-level view of the mortgage market and is where you can create reports, view favorites, and search for profiles.
Navigating the Dashboard
Filter Bar: You to customize your market view by applying a variety of filters, including time period, geography, loan types, product mix, and more.
Tip: You can save your preferred filters by accessing the Default Filter menu and choosing Save filter as. Once you name the filter, you will have the option to set it as your default filter.
Overview Data: The overview section displays key metrics based on your selected filters, including Total Loans, Total Loan Amount, Median Amount, and the number of Loan Officers.
Production by Region: This interactive heat map visually represents mortgage production in the U.S. based on your filters. You can explore regions in detail by county, zip code, or census tract, and adjust the map to show Active Listings, Total Production, or LMI Tract.
Top Producers: Below the main overview, you will find lists for the Top Lender, Loan Officer, Buying Agent, and Selling Agent. These lists provide the top five organizations or people ranked by production volume. You can adjust the view of these lists to see breakdowns by Total Production, Loan Type, Product Mix, Conforming Loans, LMI, or MMCT.
CoreLogic Housing Price Index Forecast: The CoreLogic HPI is designed to provide an early indication of home price trends. This component includes two tables: one showing the top 5 most appreciating counties and another showing the top 5 least appreciating counties.
