You know I have been doing some reading and there were some things that have been popping out at me.
When Harry first arrives at Hogwarts in the first book.... he has a dream.. in it Quirrell's turbin is trying to convience Harry to ask to be put into Slytherin... the as he says no it gets tighter on his head..... then Draco is laughing at him while he is struggling with the turbin... Malfoy then turns into Snape laughing....
Why did McGonnagal buy Harry the Nimbus... Yeah we know that she wants to put a stop to the Slytherin winning streak, but it just seems so out of character for McGonnagal (Unless there is an underlining storyline about her... Add that to the fact that she was at Pivot Drive when Harry was brought there by Hagrid....)
Well that is as far as my re-reading has gotten...
Sorry for not posting more the past few weeks
I was intrigued while re-reading Spinner's End this weekend and I stumbled across something I wanted your opinion on. Snape said and I quote "The Dark Lord is satisfied with the information I have passed him on the Order. It led, as perhaps you have guessed, to the recent capture and murder of Emmeline Vance, and it certainly helped dispose of Sirius Black,though I give you full credit for finishing him off."
What do you think this information was, and was it on the Order's order
I have been away for a couple of days so I thought why not start back with the Goblet of Fire.
How did this change Harry, help Harry, and the likes. What are your thoughts.

What is Severus Snape's current position regarding being on the side of the Death Eaters or on the side of the Order of the Phoenix?
There is a lot of evidence in both directions and from all of the books, so get cracking!

Ok this is my favorite of the books so lets do it justice.
I know there are many theories that keep popping up out there that this is the one book where we can gather the most in the lineage of the four books that come after it....
Harry hearing the voices of his mother and father...
the connection with the Lupin, Sirius, James, Wormtail... etc.
What are some of your theories for the plot line of the series that comes from this?
Lets look at what happened in Chamber of Secrets. We know that is plays a big part of the sixth book.. So without giving away too much to the plot of Half Blood Prince...
How has what Harry learned about the Chamber and what it holds has led him to where he is in his life?
