~The DeG Icon Challenge~

Sorry for this but we're gonna go on a hiatus for a couple of weeks while we revamp the rules stuff like that. We're really sorry for any inconveniences. Please bear with us.

Due to the lack of entries there will be no voting for this weeks challenge and will only be a 'mod's choice' award posted some time over the weekend.

A huge thank you to those of you who entered.

Also I will be posting the banners for week 23's winners at some point over the weekend. Sorry for the delay.

Ok. I am so dissapointed with the majority of this comunity its not funny. I know we were a day late in putting the challenge out, but that really isn't any excuse for the 90+ members not to enter. I know people have personal lives, I have one myself, but unless we have an increased improvement in the number of entries each week, we might have no choice but to shut down the community. And that is something we DO NOT want to do.

Thank you to all of you for being so patient with us! Lets hope this weeks challenge is a succsess with many beautiful entries. This week is in dedication to the new single that the boys have put out (And it is wonderful as always) So lets make some icons! (And yes the pics were capped straight from the site, they are raw and unedited for you iconizing pleasure =P)

Week 24
→The theme this week is a Ryoujoku no Ame
→Please interpret this theme anyway you wish be it text or even the general mood of the icon.
→Icons must be 100x100 or less & 40k or less.
→Please don't use LJ to host your icons
→2 Icons per contestant
→Contest closes Friday the 4th at 8pm (GMT)
→Only one picture per icon please!
→You are only able to use the pictures we provided this week!

Hello everyone!

Currently we have, as you all know, two amazing banner makers. But even so we are looking for one (maybe two) new people to come on board and take on some of the load. Your duties will be simple, make the banners for the winning icons! Its that simple. If we decide on two different people then each banner maker will have one week per month to complete, which is fairly reasonable ne?

So please, everyone who is interested, please apply as a comment to this entry with an example of your work! Don't worry, as usual comments are screened!
