any tips on going wolfmode?

So i got a few iterations of this question… Its a tricky one!
For me personally, i think its a result of years of work on myself. Work ive done on addressing and healing trauma, transitioning, steadily unmasking more and more from trauma and autism masking, and continually trying to deepen my relationship with my body and nature.
I honestly wasnt able to fully tap into the wolfish states i wanted to for a while after i had discovered that was in me. There was just too much blocking me from actualizing and being free in those ways. BUT its something i wanted to feed more, so over the past few years i started doing more stuff consistently to tune into and get in touch with my body through yoga, meditation, hikes, barefoot walking, and sensation seeking. It was truly something i couldnt force, and ive just had to allow myself a lot of patience for the wolf in me to feel safe and trust me.

Now that i have that relationship with myself, theres a lot of ways i can enable and channel that part of me! She will also just present herself unexpectedly a lot of the time too and its really nice.

ANYWAYS, some tips on stuff to try that i enjoy:
-develop a yoga practice to get in touch with your body
-meditate on what you feel in you, the shape of that, what it is and wants to be and why, whats blocking it or holding u back, etc
-try out shadow work…
-get outside! learn the names of the common plants and bugs around you, get ur paws in the dirt and use all your senses to engage with the world around you. it takes practice to start noticing stuff!
-eviscerate fruit in the shower with reckless abandon
-draw how you feel inside
-listen to music that resonates with that part of you that you want to channel
-find a space where u feel safe and private and try making the sounds that animal part of u wants to make. let it be awkward and silly! Judgement will just block and hold back that part of you!
-let yourself play and have fun! Dont get frustrated if its not working or feeling like much the first few times, just keep at it. its trust building!

(if you get deeper into this and its working for you, check out denny sargents book Werewolf Magick, its full of some fun stuff)

I rly rly love swimming naked in nature! I try to do it as much as possible during the summer in lakes and in the ocean when I go hiking and backpacking. I’m rly privileged to live in a place that has endless access to different bodies of water!

What's something kinky/horny that you haven't gotten to do yet but you reeeaaaally wanna?

i still havent gotten to do any bdsm scenes or bondage stuff with anyone yet. Theres so many scenes and dynamics i want to play with around loss of control, mobility and sensory deprivation, worship/sacrifice, domestication play… i wanna be treated like a wild dangerous fesity animal thats being restrained for safety/something thats deeply wanted and loved and powerless. I think about this stuff a lot! Very eager and hopeful to get it out of the realm of fantasy one day with the right folks!

For a good few years I've had a crush on the version of yourself that I've woven in my head through the bits and pieces of your online persona that I've come across. How does it feel to put yourself (art and posts and music) so much that you stir up other's hearts like this? I've never had the bravery to do so myself. But I always appreciate seeing your stuff. Thank you.

i hope im a sweetie in your mind! This is flattering as i think i come across as an unstable mess online lol. Its a real mixed bag putting myself out there and being vulnerable online… A lot of it comes from loneliness and validation seeking behavior, but on the flip side its a privilege to have the platform and audience i do. so i try to just be my authentic self and share stuff in ways that could be helpful or resonate with someone else out there. The internet is such a double sided coin of deeply lonely empty place/deeply powerful tool and place that can help you and others feel less alone. its a balancing act for sure
