NOTE 2: So I know in the Japanese Anime Daisuke is ~11 during 02 and the English dub places him around 12-13 by virtue of being in the 7^th grade, but since their levels of maturity are far higher than what I’m accustomed to find in kids these ages, this takes place in an AU in which pretty much everything is the same but Davis & co are 15-16ish instead. One day, I’ll challenge myself to keep them to their canon ages :P

Another amv?! And in less than a week?! So yeah...XD I'm back and even sooner than normal...I started editing this amv yesterday...and finished it about an hour ago XD This amv focuses on my most favorite female character in the entire Digimon fandom, Tailmon *_* Only one that beats her is Ken-chan XD but still I love her, A LOT XD I wanted to show her struggles of being one of Vamdemon's minions and coping with Wizarmon's death. So this is like a complete opposite of my Juri amv. Very angsty and dramatic. I enjoyed making this a lot so I hope you enjoy~

Hey all, it's me again. haha

I have another question! Are there any Pacific Northwest USA fans around who plan to attend Sakura-Con in Washington state this year? And if so, are any of you planning on cosplaying from Digimon? Or simply interested? (I'm handy and could help put together costumes for people.)

This is probably my last year to do something like this so I figured I should take a long shot and ask!

Also, if you've ever cosplayed Digimon (any series) or plan to in the future, feel free to comment as well and show off pictures or something. :)

Hey there everyone! It's been nearly two years since I last posted here (I shared some art of the Adventure kids here)! It's nice to see that there's still an active fanbase for Digimon. I wanted to bring up a topic of discussion- the epilogue to the Adventure/ 02 series. Yeah, yeah, we've all talked about it before. I think it's almost universally hated by Digi fans, and I too have my own gripes about it (doesn't everybody?) but lately I've been thinking about it in a new light.

First, if you don't mind revisiting the topic, what did you think of it? Did you hate it? Did you think it felt right? Did you wish you could be [insert favorite chosen child here]'s kid? Did it incite other feelings entirely?

And that considered... if you were to take your impressions of the chosen children as they developed over the course of the Adventure and 02 series, what would you imagine they might end up like later in life? Who would you see pairing up? Who would pursue which career, who would continue to enjoy what hobby... etc.?

I ask because I'm curious how different fans picture the characters growing up. I certainly have my own ideas but irrelevant of that, I enjoy understanding different perspectives on these characters. :) It's fun to think about!

I'd love to discuss this with anyone who wants to comment!

 Exciting news out of Japan today...

"A Toei Animation spokesperson announced today Toei's plans to have a full HD remake of the original two Digimon seasons, Digimon Adventure and Digimon Adventure 02.

"Due to the immense popularity of Digimon Xros Wars, we have decided to green light a remake of the first two seasons of Digimon with brand new, state of the art animation and in high definition."

While the spokesperson was not able to answer any questions, she did state that if the remake is successful, a similar remake and/or sequel is in the works for Digimon Tamers, with writer Chiaki J. Konaka at the helm.

Bandai is also developing a new line of toys for the series, with a tentative release date in September, before the series premieres next Spring.

neontiger and I are looking for betas to give us feedback on a story we're writing. It is a rewrite/re-imagining of the events of 02 with some ties to the already established canon. If anyone who has writing knowledge and is familiar with the Japanese version of both Digimon Adventure and Digimon Adventure 02 is interested in helping us out, please contact us.

Idea I came up with a couple days ago. I've been having some problems in real life as well as online and decided to do a short beta so that I could help get those feelings out. I chose this song because it fits my feelings at the moment and I thought that it would fit Ken-chan rather appropriately. I have no intentions of finishing. I just needed to make this to help cheer me up and remind me that no matter how bad life may be at times at least I still have a life.

Well this is a little interesting. My terrible, horrible, no good, very bad friend rawr_balrog planted the seed of this story in my head and now I'm sharing it with you. Yes, it is a crossover. With Star Trek. No, I am not on crack. In fact, I am incapable of even writing crack, and I hope you'll give this story a chance even if you don't read crossovers.

So I was reading this one thread on Something Awful, about reducing characters to an arrangement of pixels and still being able to recognize them by the color schemes. It was pretty cool, but I noticed one series had been inexplicably passed over. Well, of course, I had to rectify that.
