Saw this post and I'm wondering how teams are incorporating/talking about the use of AI at work.
Do you just use AI for individual tasks/questions or is your team actively discussing which parts to hand off to/solve with AI and really discussing it and utilizing these tools intently? I know there are plenty of companies building AI tooling so I guess I'm most curious about companies that aren't really in the space.

We created a task force to drive AI adoption. They are tasked with the process of discovering the right use of tooling, showcase examples of their accomplishments and prepare some do's and don'ts. We have multiple teams sometimes working with different tech stacks so we really also need to show how to adopt AI for their way of working.
