  • Splits each week into Day 1–Day D (default 5 days)
  • Provides Warm-Up, Main Workout, and Cool-Down for every day
  • Pauses after each week for your feedback—iterates until satisfied, then proceeds to the next week

3️⃣ Compiles & Exports

  • Generates a polished Google Doc or PDF with your complete plan
  • Applies a personalized title and formatting
