Well I have just got back from seeing the gorgeous Mr Brown in Hull. (Last night)

He was absolutely amazing.

I only went up on stage with him!!!! OH MY GOD! I tell you guys, he is even more beautiful in the flesh. Well I was sitting there next to him I just couldn't take my eyes off him...and the little head shakes, well they do something to me! He really is gorgeous, and I agree with you guys who love his hands...GUH they are so sexy. Now I'm one of the ones who is very sad that the hair and goatee has gone, but I think I have fallen just a tiny bit more in love with him. He is just so charming and of course he shook my hand when I first went up and kissed my cheek when he had finished. *SQUEEEEEE* It's prickly! I may never wash my face again heehee.

I won't tell you anything about the show, or tell you what I did on stage, but I did get to keep something he gave me while there.

After the show I met him again and he remembered me and wrote on my programe "Happy Birthday Louise" and "You were amazing" Love Derren Brown x *Signature*
Well as you can imagine I am just so chuffed (for you americans :) means happy)
And will be bouncing around for several days on this.

Any thoughts on last week's Derren Brown Investigates on 4?

I saw Derren at the Alexandra Theatre in Birmingham last night, was anyone else from the community there?

Needless to say I can't comment too much about the events themselves, but they left me buzzing for hours last night and it's been on my mind for most of today. Seeing him on TV is a pretty fabulous experience, but on stage takes it to a whole new level. I urge people to get tickets if you can. I'm desperate to talk about it with people but I have to keep quiet!

Meeting the man himself at the stage door was wonderful too, and he signed my programme which will be framed and on the wall very soon. I've put a few more words about it over at my LJ but obviously I'm still keeping schtum about what went on on stage.

Hello. :)

As most other UK fans will probably already know, Derren won Heat magazine's Weird Crush Poll 2009, beating Michael MacIntyre into second (some people have no taste) and The Stig into third (ha haa!). Not that there's anything weird about that I'd say, he seems a perfectly reasonable choice to me, as does previous winner James May (there's nothing odd about fancying men with brains, it's always more atractive than pecks as any real woman knows).

I was wondering if anyone had a copy of Heat from that week (last week of November I think) that they'd scanned or had managed to find the results and interview online.

The issue that came out that week had no mention of it, and for some reason it's seemingly impossible to find it online-even on Heat's own website.

It almost makes me wish I did buy Heat as there'd be no problem...only almost mind.

Good morning to you all.
My name is Sarah, im a 20 year old student, and i have decided to see if i can be at all successful at learning some of Derren's tricks.

I'm taking at least a year of my life to do this, probably more and i am documenting it all on my lj quirky_loveable

I would love to have some support from Derren fans and input aswell. I would genuinely be very excited to know what you think. If you're interested in seeing how i do then please feel free to friend me and talk to me, im very charming and friendly.

I'll also use the lj for my photoshopping and i shouldnt wonder if there are some derren icons and wallpapers just waiting to be made.
