Plush Commission Terms of Service for SpaceVoyager
SpaceVoyager's Terms of Service
• All OC commissions must be paid in full upfront. No exceptions.
• All plush commissions must be paid in full upfront except in special circumstances. The Artist reserves the right whether or not to agree to a payment plan.
• If a payment plan has been arranged, half of the full amount must be paid upfront. The remaining amount must be paid in biweekly increments.
• All commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• The client has 60 days to finish paying off a plush from its time of completion. If the client does not pay the full amount for the plush within the time allotted all payments will be considered forfeit and the Artist reserves the right to end the transaction and resell the plush.
• If for some reason the Artist cannot make the plush then a full refund will be issued.
• The Artist is not responsible for the plush once it has been shipped. Tracking is included with the shipping fee. Extra options such as insurance will be an additional charge.
• Client agrees and accepts all of Artist's Terms of Service.
