Post menopause

We all had those early days when you could "eat like a horse" until you felt as "full as a boot" and "rolled in clover" - or something like that. I read about breakfast being the most important meal of the day. It just doesn't work now. If I eat a healthy breakfast, I eat too many calories in a day. It is simple maths. I don't like foregoing my evening meal - it is the only time our family is together.... and I like a glass of wine with my meal. I know it is liquid cheesecake, but I figure I deserve it. So forget those extra breakfast calories for the moment , breakfast is a coffee at work and a relatively healthy lunch is my breakfast.
