I'm sorry to suddenly bother everyone. Have any of you seen my friend, Homura Akemi? She's a girl about my age, with long black hair and probably wearing the same uniform as me.
[She fidgets slightly, trying to keep her despair at bay. Instead, focusing her thoughts on the things that she can do to make this dark revelation into a hopeful push forward.]
She might have gone into those sinkholes. Homura-chan has a very useful magic and I'm afraid she would have gone alone... Has anyone been down there recently? Maybe I need to check them out myself... I've heard it's dangerous, but I really need to find her. Please, let me know if you've heard anything from her! She's my best friend!

[Madoka isn't sure of much regarding the sinkholes, but she understands that this is a dream. There's a chance that the sinkholes prevent the girls from sensing each other's magic.]

Why don't we try the one with the crystals in it? When Mami and I checked it out, it seemed to help us get our powers back to normal... Well, for a little while, anyway.

[ Her heart aches for her friends. It's sad Homura's gone even if she wasn't that close to her, but she really feels for Madoka. She was so upset when Kyoko disappeared; Madoka must be feeling the same.
It's painful, but she feels it might be best to be honest with her rather than get her hopes up. ]

You should go alone. I have rather useful magic myself, perhaps we could go together and try to find her? I'm sure she'll be thrilled to see you, but I don't think she would want you to get hurt in the process of trying to find her.
