[Video] Private to Song Zichen

Good evening, Song Zichen!

[He is clearly outside and moving, walking along downtown. His expression is a little more somber then normal since he has had a lot on his mind and his body is still a little beat up from the activities he had to engage in after being found guilty during his trial. But he is doing his best all things considered and he doesn't want to put off his delivery any longer then he already has.]

I was hoping we could meet up. I have something for you and I would rather not just leave it on your doorstep.

[He holds up something but it's wrapped so it is hard to tell what is inside of it. But it is important and he might want to talk with the man about a few things regarding the item.]

Just let me know where I can meet you, or I can bring it to your home.

[ Zichen is looking better than he has in the past few weeks, though he's also been keeping to himself since he felt Xue Yang die. But he's slowly coming back out of his shell - he has two people who need him, and he must do better.

The message from Wei Wuxian comes as a surprise, but no more than when the wrapped item is lifted. His gaze flicks between man and bundle before responding with a location. The apartment he now shares with Xue Yang, rather than the house they'd stayed with Xingchen in the past.

Then he bows his head politely. ]

Good evening, Wei-gongzi.

I am home. Xue Yang is out for now, if you wish to meet alone.

I'm sorry that that I had contact you like this but I wasn't sure what else to do. But, it is probably for the best that we are alone.

[He doesn't mind Xue Yang..a strange thing considering how they had parted ways on their world..but he has learned a lot about moving past grudges. The fact that the other Xingchen and also Zichen..the later of which being the bigger surprise..both seem to accept him despite everything means that Wei Wuxian also wanted to try to do the same. And surprisingly the man does seem to at least be trying to change.

He shakes away his thoughts though so he can focus back on the call at hand.]

I'm not far away from the address you sent me so I will be there within the next few minutes.

[ He shakes his head a little, dismissing the apology as unnecessary. ]

I will suggest he stay out later.

[ He definitely understands. Xue Yang and his relationship still surprises him, but he can't deny the clear signs of change that Xue Yang gives. ]

[He nods and ends the call, places the device inside his robes and looking down at the sword in his hands. He had wrapped it so that it wouldn't look so obvious when he was walking down the street. Although this world didn't seem too bothered by such things..he didn't want to encounter anyone that might recognize it and ask him about it.

It only takes him a few minutes to arrive at the front door of the address he had been sent. He knocks on it and then takes a small step back to wait for it's owner.]

[ Zichen starts water boiling for tea, though what they have to offer is nothing like what any of them is used to. And there are a couple leftover fruit tarts that he sets on the low table. By the time the knock comes, the tea is steeping and the cups are heated in preparation.

Fuxue is propped up beside the door, ready should he need to leave quickly. He opens the door and nods in greeting, studying Wei Wuxian for signs of injury, stepping out of the way to invite him in. ]

[Most of his injuries are covered in clothes and well masked by a person used to dealing with a lot of pain. Outwardly he seems fine, if not a little more run down then usual. His smile still comes to his lips as the door opens and the man invites him in.

He steps past him, his grip on the sword tightening as he wonders how this conversation will go. Once inside he circles his arms and bows to Song Lan.]

I'm glad you were available to see me. It's been awhile since we talked.
