Welcome to the Terms of Service for DeepBrainz AI, Lexopedia AI, AgentFoundry, DeepBrainz Labs, DeepBrainz-R1, and related DeepBrainz services. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of our websites, products, services, applications, research pages, beta environments, forms, communications, tools, and features (collectively, the "Services").

Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Services in any way, including visiting or browsing a site, creating an account, submitting a form, using a product, using an application, contributing content or materials, participating in a pilot, or using beta features, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the DeepBrainz Privacy Policy. If you are an employee or agent acting for a third party, you represent that you have authority to bind your employer or that third party to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction but at least 13 years old, your parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf. Children under 13 are not permitted to use the Services.
User accounts, subscriptions, and free trials
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and updated account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
If you subscribe to paid Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your account settings or the applicable provider. We may change subscription plans or pricing following reasonable notice. Payments for subscriptions are nonrefundable unless a separate written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise. You will have access to paid Services until the end of the subscription period for which you have paid.
For users based in India, fees and charges may be payable in Indian Rupees where applicable. For users based outside India, payment terms may depend on the product, payment provider, plan, and written agreement.
Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe, misappropriate, or violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or deceptive content;
- upload malware, spam, malicious payloads, or abusive automated traffic;
- attempt unauthorized access, security probing, credential attacks, scraping at abusive scale, interference, reverse engineering where prohibited, or bypassing access controls;
- impersonate DeepBrainz or another person or entity;
- use the Services to make automated decisions in high-impact contexts without appropriate human review and lawful authority;
- submit secrets, passwords, private keys, production credentials, or regulated data unless the relevant product explicitly supports that use and you have authority to provide it.
The Services, input, and output
As part of the Services, you may input, upload, connect, or submit information and materials ("Input") into Lexopedia AI, AgentFoundry, DeepBrainz AI, DeepBrainz Labs, or related services. The Services may use artificial intelligence, retrieval systems, agentic workflows, developer tools, orchestration, or other systems to generate responses, plans, code, reports, notes, analyses, or other outputs ("Output"). Your Input and generated Output are considered "Your Content" under these Terms.
You may not use the Services to generate Output in violation of intellectual property rights, contractual restrictions, applicable law, or these Terms. By submitting any Input, you represent that you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, permissions, power, and authority.
Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, unsafe, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. AgentFoundry and related workflows may generate plans, code, reports, tests, review records, or deployment notes; you remain responsible for deciding whether to accept, merge, deploy, publish, or otherwise use those outputs.
Intellectual property
The Services, site content, original content, features, functionality, designs, logos, trademarks, software, documentation, research materials, model information, workflows, and related materials are owned by DeepBrainz or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You retain rights you have in Your Content. You grant DeepBrainz the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, transform, secure, and use Your Content to provide, support, maintain, protect, and improve the Services. Feedback may be used to improve DeepBrainz products and services without obligation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Third-party services
The Services may link to, integrate with, or rely on third-party services, including hosting, analytics, customer support, payments, model repositories, developer platforms, identity providers, communication tools, app stores, infrastructure providers, and external websites. DeepBrainz does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, availability, or security. We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policy of any third-party service you visit or connect.
For users accessing any application through an app store, additional store terms may apply. Store providers are not responsible for DeepBrainz services except to the extent their own terms say otherwise.
Beta, pilot, and research features
From time to time, we may include test, beta, preview, research, or experimental features in the Services. These may be incomplete, unstable, rate-limited, changed, suspended, or removed at any time. Beta offerings are provided "as is" and at your sole risk unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Public research notes, model pages, demos, product descriptions, and pilot materials describe current direction and may change. Enterprise commitments, service levels, pricing, support, data processing, deployment terms, or production use require a separate written agreement where applicable.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for business or operational reasons, for suspected misuse, for violation of these Terms, for legal or security reasons, or where required to protect the Services. Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to information associated with your account. We will try to give reasonable notice where practical and lawful.
Disclaimers and limitations of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Your use of the Services is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepBrainz disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and suitability. DeepBrainz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Services or these Terms.
Do not rely on public pages, AI outputs, generated code, research notes, or demos as legal, financial, medical, security, professional, or production deployment advice. Human review remains required for sensitive decisions.
Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify DeepBrainz against third-party claims related to your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or content you submit.
Governing law and disputes
For business users, these Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles, and applicable disputes are subject to courts or tribunals with competent jurisdiction in India unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Consumer users may have non-waivable rights under the laws of their usual residence, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights where applicable law prohibits doing so.
Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms by providing reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms or changes to these Terms, do not use, access, or continue to access the Services.
