So weplayed in Austin a few weeks back and one of our good friends, Omar shot some footage of us at Red 7, Also some older footage at House Of Rock during Christmas time. Here's what he made:

So my Christimas/New Years went ok. Nothing to fancy in the pantsy. My brother ended up getting me a present which is kinda wierd and odd. In my family, once your about 17-18, we stop getting presents. But thats cause we grew up somewhat poor and in the West Side niggaH! haha. ANyways. I opened it and it turned out to be a bottle of Jack, So we starting doing work on it.  Then i got to thinking, "man, ive been drinking alot this past year...". I tend to hide alot of my problems and try to solve em on my own so other ppl wont have to here about my shit. It just makes the world turn a lil smoother i think. Or the reason why i drink so much is prolly cause im suppressing some sort of issue but i'll get to that later haha.

SO i plan to get back on that two wheeled non-motorized beast thats called a Diamond Back and put in some over time on it.

SO the show last night in The Valley was pretty sick. Alot of kids actually liked it. It pretty neat when that happens. Ive been in some bands where its not that way. Even though i loved the music. Just some ppl didnt get into it. anywho. We stayed at this pretty nifty motel which stunk like freshly vaccumed carpet freshener. Which didnt quite cover up the smell of used vagina and rat fecal matter. But it worked. What can you expect for 40 bux ya see.
Im back in CC. It's Sunday and seems like a Funday. SO with that said. THere's only one thing to do now.

Today sucked once again due to it fucking raining all fucking day and making things at work harder than they already are. Checkthis out.

This builder who's about to sell a house over in Calallen. She wanted us to install the condenser so it could be cold inside for when she gives tours of the house. Anyways. We couldnt yesterday cause it was raining. So she said it was ok.. She calls today and DEMANDS it installed. We tell her we cant cause its raining, muddy, condenser might tip over when we pull it outa the truck and carry it over to the side of the house. Or if we're lucky! We 'll get 220 Volts in us and itll shoot us back about 10 ft. Which none of those is good. Especially not all of em combined. SO she bitches and bitches and we end up doing it. The picture isnt that great. I took it with my cell. 




all my tools and gauges got wet. It sucked. Plus being wet all fucking day. Stupid rich ppl with no common sense.

SO i got out early due to rain.......... suckage. i need the dayum money,. sure it may be only a 3 hour loss. Its still something. 

We played in Victoria last fri. It ruled. Those rednecks seemed to love us. It was odd.

I just ate a hot pocket.  ABout to hit up the Mint Chocolate Chip. Ive been eating that flavor since i was a wee bit toddler. It rules. 

We were supposed to record 3 new songs this past weekend but i wasnt feeling to good. But that didnt matter since one of us wouldnt seem to answer the phone. So we're putting it off till... maybe next weekend.

SOOOOOO, a guitarist that used to jamm with us but was "going" to move to Cali sent me a message... You might know who im talking about. ANyways. i get this message from him over myspace, Talking a bunch of shit. and at the end of it. He has the nerve to tell me "thnx for using my song...im gonna use it on my bands myspace. THNX!" but in so many words. Tends to talk in street lingo, which i understand after growing up in the West Side for 25 years. ANywho. He doesnt have the right when he ONLY came up with ONE riff in the entire song, Timmie wrote the lyrics, Matt, Hec and Me wrote the dam song. Minus that ONE riff, which didnt actually start the song writing process for that perticular song. i KNOW he's just jealouse cause he cant start a band at all or even stick with a band. Once you get to know the guy. He's cool at first but eventually he'll start sucking and out of all of his friends. All of em say the same shit. He uses ppl and once they find out, he's out and freeloads off another "new" friend.  

i just think alot of ppl who run into him know what there getting into....trust me. ive known him for 7-8 years and seen it.

So we went to Jason's Deli and i got extremely full on Sat. You know that feeling when your so full, you feel kinda dazed. I know its cause of over eating but i like to think of it as a food high. It works for me.

After not practicing for another week. We "supposed" to practice or hang out. Either or is fine with me :)

There are to many fucking Skunks in Annaville. I almost ran over one when it crossed the street but instead of running over it, It gave me its very own pungent warning system stench. I know if i were to run it over. The horrid smell would be so deep in the car, it would of have taken a week or two to completely get out. I wanna punch a Skunk.

So my brother came by last night around. uhm 2pm. So we start drinking right and he says "lets go get a 50!". Which translates to,"Lets go get some cocaine". He knows i dont do it but he doesnt care,. He wants it for him. I love the dude but he over does it sometimes. If you ever meet him. He'll be either drunk or coked up. Or if your lucky, both. Anyways. We go to Robstown to get it from his dealer or whatever then go to the beach and have a few beers. Ok. My main reason for moving outa Corpus was to get away from all the drugs and hassle that comes along with drugs. LIke i said. I dont mind ppl using em. To each there own but when it starts getting into my buisiness or me not sleeping due to others being awake all night and hearing doors constantly opening and closing. Im out. pssshhhh. that was a long rant. i forgot the point so im gonna leave it as that. Next topic. (after rereading this, i think i made a point, go figure!)

JonBenet suspect charges dropped

Mr Karr had told reporters JonBenet's death was an accident
A man arrested in Thailand and accused of killing US child beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey will not be charged with the murder, prosecutors say.
The case against John Mark Karr was dropped after forensic tests found that his DNA did not match that discovered at the scene of the crime.

Mr Karr, 41, was arrested in Thailand two weeks ago and had been due to appear in court on Monday.

He has said he was there when the girl died, but her death was an accident.

Outside court on Monday public defender Seth Temin gave a statement: "The warrant on Mr Karr has been dropped by the district attorney. They're not proceeding with this case.

"We're deeply distressed by the fact that they took this man and dragged him here from Bangkok, Thailand with no forensic evidence confirming the allegations against him, and no independent factors leading to a presumption that he did anything wrong."

'No forensic evidence'

Mr Karr's arrest sparked hopes in the United States that one of the most infamous crimes of recent years might finally be solved.


JonBenet was found strangled, her skull fractured

The BBC's John Kay in California says there has been hysterical media coverage of developments.

Mr Karr's ex-wife Lara has insisted he was with her in Alabama for the entire Christmas period of 1996.

And Mr Karr's family insisted he was innocent, saying he was deluded, possibly as a result of taking drugs.

JonBenet's body was found in the cellar of her family home after her parents had reported her missing on 26 December 1996.

She had been garrotted with a cord and her skull had been fractured.

JonBenet's family, who later moved to Atlanta, Georgia, fought for years to clear their names of persistent accusations that they were involved in the death of their daughter.
