OG Review: Rating OG For Prediction Markets In 2026

I recently tested OG, an emerging prediction market platform that has gained attention among US-based traders. In this OG review, I look at whether the platform actually lives up to the hype surrounding it.

2. Account Setup

This will involve entering your details, verifying your account, and reading through the terms and conditions.

Once you’ve setup your account, and funded it (see below step for details on how to do this), you will have access to a welcome bonus. This bonus can get you up to $100 in bonuses, depending on your cumulative trade and settle volume.

Contract prices generally range between $0.01 and $0.99, reflecting the market’s implied probability of an outcome. Users can purchase more than one contract to increase exposure to a position.

Each contract is tied to a defined event. For example:

• Event: Will the unemployment rate be 4.3% in February?
• Price: $0.46 per “Yes” contract
• Payout if correct: $1 per contract
• Profit if correct: $0.54 per contract (before fees)

If the prediction is correct, the contract settles at $1. If incorrect, it settles at $0.

Trading Out of a Position Early

One feature of prediction market-style products is the ability to exit positions before an event concludes. If market conditions change, users may be able to sell contracts prior to settlement.

This can be useful when new information affects probabilities, such as updated economic data or breaking news in sports and politics.

However, early exits depend on market liquidity, and there is no guarantee that a position can always be sold at a favorable price.

Fees may also apply when opening or closing positions, depending on contract structure and platform rules.

Your first withdrawal almost always requires a manual review, which could take 1–3 business days to complete.

After this first attempt, any additional withdrawals will usually be approved within a few minutes, unless they are unusually large.

Then the actual processing time from the minute your request is approved to landing in your bank account is another 1–3 business days.

This seems to be about the industry average, so no complaints from me.

I won’t lie, I had a few minor issues when trying to request my first withdrawal, as I struggled to link my bank account correctly.
