Shimmer is an Australian supervillain with elemental transmutation powers named Selinda Flinders. Alongside her brother Mammoth, she is a member of the Fearsome Five and an enemy to the Teen Titans. She has also been a member of the Secret Society of Super-Villains and the Suicide Squad.
Shimmer was created by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez and first appeared in New Teen Titans #3 (1981).
