Hillary Chang is a friend and former classmate of Superboy and Robert Lai. She also gets along with truant officer Mack Harlin who her friends all do their best to avoid.
History
Hillary met Superboy when he started attending Ilupani High School and quickly befriended him. She became Superboy's go to dog-sitter for Krypto and watched the dog for Superboy on many occasions while he was off on adventures or indisposed.
