Friday evening saw me jumping on the Megabus, well laden with photography gear, for the hop down to London. I was staying with
The next morning we were up quite early, and
heavenlydeath came over to get ready for our shoot. I was on last minute shopping duty, and was kept busy running off to buy last minute supplies. Most of the outfits were put on, most of the makeup wasdone, and then they popped some slightly more respectable clothes on and we made our way over to our venue. Mid-morning Tooting were a little surprised by the pale skinned ladies going through the town (And waiting for the bus.)
We got to our derelict building, and made our way inside. The inside had quite a lot of damage, with the ceilings and internal walls pulled down. Scouting around we found some good places to shoot whilst the models got the finishing touches done to them. The ground floor had been completely boarded up, so shooting down there was going to be a bit of a challenge. When we got going, I started at the top of the building and worked my way down, loosing light as I went. Once down on the ground floor, shooting at a forlornly abandoned piano, we had to go to either flash or torchlight.
We were not shooting that long, but we didn't want to be in there for ages, and stopped just long enough for a quick group leaving shot before running off into the sunset.
