Land Services SA was appointed as the exclusive provider of certain lands titling and valuation services on behalf of the State of South Australia in October 2017. Under this arrangement, the Registrar-General and the Valuer-General maintain their roles, and the Land Titles Office and State Valuation Office retains their existing legal, policy and regulatory functions.

Under the agreement with Land Services SA, ‘Government Entities’ which includes South Australian and other State Government Agencies, Commonwealth Agencies, Local Government authorities, and Universities for academic purposes, can still access Land Services SA information.
