I don't know if this community is alive or not...but oh well. Here goes anyways.

I intend to audition to DASH in January. . As of now, I only have one drawing in my portfolio, and I wanted to ask...for the portfolio/sketchbook/audition/whatever, what exactly is expected of me? I know, I know...real life drawings. Which is what I draw for the most part. But aside from that, I'm sort of confused.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HEY EVERYONE!!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!!

NHS is sponsoring our annual TOYS FOR TOTS drive and we would greatly appreciate if everyone could bring in a new, unwrapped toy for a child the ages 3-5 years old.

    I was very happy last year when I got to participate in this project last year and actually got to go with our "Santa Claus" and be his little elves to help hand out toys to these children. Many of them, due to unfortunate circumstances, can't even get one christmas present this year. And just to hand them a present and see their faces light up with a smile and glow with happiness... God its such a blessing for them and you.

    Please help us out with this effort, we would be enormously thankful, as will these children. The collection is now thru Dec. 9th and the collection box is located in the Activities Office.

   NHS and the Salsa Club is sponsoring a Canned Food Drive for the holidays going to the Miami Rescue Mission. It's hard to go through such a gleeful holiday season when some people out there can't even afford a meal for the joyous time of year. Please bring in any non-perishable food items and put them in the collection box in the Activites Office now thru Dec. 16th.

    If you have any questions, just ask me (Luana), Edwin, or Mercedes or just reply to this post.

does anyone know where you can get pure mica dust? colored or not, it doesn't matter. i need it for a special side project i've been doing.
