We've added some new shop areas in our Paradise Sim, new land sales in both Paradise and Darling Beach, and open rental land in other areas.

When you visit a property click on the CasperLet Rental Meter to get more information about the rental and a Landmark to see the Skyland areas of the parcel you are looking at. And, as always, none of the landscaping or houses that we provide are part of your prim count.

We give a lot of value for your Linden Dollar! Privacy, security, landscaping, with lots of options, and never having to worry about your neighbor upsetting your view. We made sure that what you rent is what you get. And, of course, the 3 dedicated ocean Sims that will never be rented or built on. That is part of our cost, not yours.
