I've seen a lot of journals and posts about fellow fursuiters seeing a lot of 'tired' suiters out there...and i've decided to start a movement with my fellow suiters for us all who know how to perform to do so instead of complaining. We are as humans creatures who mimic others behavior. I know I personally learn better from seeing others perform. I know there are 'performing' panels at cons, but how many people that really need the help show up...my point exactly.

So let the movement start now!

This year i'm participating in Relay for Life through work.  I did it last year, and was one of three that stayed up all night!  Even if I was a little sleep deprived, seeing as I had to work a full day before I went to the 12 hour relay...so in a way it was like a 24 hour relay!


For those that don't know Relay for Life is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. Here's their website. I know everyone out there knows of someone that has, or has been affected by cancer. My grandfather has had prostate cancer, and a few close family friends have fought cancer.


I'm asking for your help raising money for this great cause.  Relay for Life Donations will link you to my online donations site. Please donate if you can, and remember all donations are tax deductible!

Because i've seen a few people talking about this already...with misguided ideas about the bill. Let me read and explain it for you.

Head's up it's long, but if you rant about how stupid this bill is and don't have all your facts...you'll probabaly have a friend link you this so you can be informed.

This applies to most government bills, please read through them before you jump on the bandwagon of "OMG I can't believe they are going to kill all these cute fuzzy animals", or vote no cause so and so said it was dumb. 

This bill is basically having to be put into place because of all the stupid pet owners that buy their kid an alligator, and then realize later that it's gonna eat them, dump it in a creek where your dog likes to swim on hot summer nights...and then your dog (or small child) gets eaten by said alligator.  Basically the same thing as the vicious dog bills...stupid pet owners are screwing it over for the rest of us that know what the heck we're doing.   Also reasons why wild animal refuges are in place.

Please be informed, and read things for yourself.
