So i'm officially a graduate!! Crazy times! Thanks to everyone that came to see my show! It went really well and I got some good feedback from people. I have moved into a new flat (which I love!!)and am now looking for a job!! Got a few things in mind, still not completely decided what it is that I actually want to do with my life but hey ho! I've been applying for jobs like embroidery designer, trainee buyer and various other things but we shall see. I would like to do some work experience placements aswel so i'm busy busy busy searching for things. Anyway i'll post some pictures of my final show and my graduation(me in a funny hat!)next time I come into uni (i hate not having the internet at home!!). So bye for now... Hope you are well Rachel! Ok so we've had 2 days of set up already and tomorrow at 5.30pm it will all be over! :(

It's quite sad but very very exciting at the same time.

I wont post anymore photographs until after the show opens on the 15th as I don't want to spoil it for people that may be coming!!

For anyone that does want to come, (the more the merrier!!) the show is running from the 15th (private view) to the 24th June. Please contact me for any more details!

Woo di hoodie!!! Only 2 weeks and 3 days left til I am officially finished!! Ah!! Very Very scary! Thought i'd give you a quick quick update cos i'm super busy and i'm very tired so here goes... some more objects!





























My degree show opening night is the 15th June and runs for about 2 weeks. If anyone would like any further information please contact me!

Right again I must apologise for my inability to keep this up to date. It is all systems go, go, go at the moment but am loving every second! (ha ha not!!) So i've been working on some more of my objects, been getting some really nice photographs. Am really pleased with them. Right here goes...

Today I went back to the OPUA collection (Objects of Personal Use and Adornment) at Platt Hall, to get some more pictures, inspiration and drawings. I feel excited again and have rushed home to get to work!

Just got back from my trip to Milan! Had the most amazing time! Very rushed as we only had 2 days and had to sleep on a very concrete floor in the airport for 10 hours but hey ho!!

Saw some amazing stuff and got some good pics....

I'm in such a good mood today! I think it's because i'm excited as i just remembered I am going to the Milan furnature fair on Tuesday!! woop woop!!

I thought i'd post some other stuff that i'd been up to...

Firstly I have finally finished a banner that the head teacher of my old primary school asked me to do. It came from some work experience I did there when I thought I wanted to be a teacher!! crazy idea!! I did some sewing workshops with the children for a week and this is what I have made....




It is being unveiled in assembly on the 26th April!! Ah!!

Also it was my best frinds birthday the other week and I made her this cushion...
