Comments: This song scares me. It's probably do to the fact that the entire anime scares me, but this song just does such a great job of capturing that feeling, that it's downright frightening. Oh, and it's the opening song for Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, in case you didn't figure that out.

It's mostly pop at the moment but that doesn't mean I won't throw in a few different songs. And of course, I'm throwing in sinspire's request for the East Winds Ensemble Soundtrack. Comment: Well, ever since Yuuka has been many openings for a lot of the anime I watch, I decided I would go track down an album on hers. This was from a single, but that's okay. This specific song from the single was more upbeat than Romanesque, probably because that one was more about love.

Comment: I really like this song by Hitomi, her voice is very exotic and always very pleasant when she sings. Not much to say about this song. Onle thing is that she has a bit of a ghostly voice, too. Not in a bad way, but more like a  way that...well, just listen to it and you'll know what I mean.

I couldn't really think of a proper name for this theme. I chose "Current" because it's the stuff that I'm just really into right now. The format of this entry is a bit different from what I usually do because there are only two artists featured. In the past two days, I added 73 songs to my music library. I think I have an addiction. Anyway, currently I'm really obsessing over both Angela Aki and Sweetbox, so this post will feature those two. Comments: I stumbled across this group completely by chance and instantly fell in love. Their style is sort of a pop/dance thing with a bunch of great ballads and stuff as well. They're actually from Japan, but also have a lot of fans in Europe. Sadly, they don't seem to have made it over to America.

Comments: I was first turned on to Angela when I saw her music video for "Sakurairo". After that, I sat out to track down some more of her music, and was pleasantly surprised to find some excellent English songs as well. She got a really nice, smooth sound, one that almost reminds of Tori Amos.
