i'm new :)


Hello my name is Michelle.
I am thirteen, & I know I am young.
But most of my other friends are fourteen.
This is because of my late birthday.
Please no comment on the age thing.

Height: 64.5 inches
Weight: 136 lbs
Weight I want: 110lbs. Anything less than 130.
By When: The end of August. (Highschool starts)

The reason I want to loose weight, is not because I am overweight, but because most of my weight is fat.
I would like it to be muscle, or less fat.

I can not afford any dieting books, or online diets.
If I try to tell my mother she doesn't believe I should loose weight.
So I am really keeping this somewhat secret from her.
So her buying me books on dieting is out of the question.

I do not need junk food.
In fact, I barley eat it.
But, sometimes I do.
I don't want to touch it ever again.
That's my first plan.
Secoundly I want to exercise a lot more.
& Thirdly I want to drink a lot more water.

Now the reason why I really need support on this, because if I don't get support I will get lazy, and I wont want to do it anymore.

So please give me tips and advice, and anything. Just as long as I know someone is listening.

By the way, I eat no meat.
I am a vegetarian.
I have been since March 2.
That's not going to change either.

ey, I started a new dieting/food journal community, that I was to have more of a personal feel to it. I'd like the members to get to know each other a bit, so they can offer more support, and be more interactive. I don't want the community to be overly large, since that will take away from the personal feel of it, but I do want some more members, to at least make the community.

Shrimp salad recipe

I just tasted this yesterday; my dad made it. I'm not sure of the exact amounts but you can experiment yourself and come up with your best. Here it goes:
4 lbs uncooked shrimp (devein and cook in crab/shrimp boil and cut into pieces)
1 can black olives
3/4 jar green olives
1/2 head iceberg lettuce (could use any kind)
3 heaping spoons mayonnaise (could possibly sub with low fat dressing)
green onions
sweet pickles
red peppers
Is wonderful and good for you and can be a complete meal with possibly some fruit on the side.

Hello everyone. I'm new here. I've done the SB Diet before, but decided along the way that cheesecake and cookies everyday were just a great idea.. so I put on the 40 pounds I lost the first time.. and then some. So I'm newly married (two months on the 28th) and I have decided that before I get pregnant I will lose the weight to ensure that both me and the future baby (ies) will be healthy...

I'm on day two.. so here's the past day and a half..

Day One:
Breakfast - two hard boiled eggs
Snack - 10 peanuts
Lunch - salad with tuna, balsamic viniagrette, parmasean cheese, and avacado. (Disgusting by the way)
Snack - monterey jack cheese stick
Dinner - chicken in worsterchire sauce and olive oil, cauliflower 'mashed potatoes'
Dessert - Vanilla Ricotta cheese

Day Two:
Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs
snack - 10 peanuts
lunch - salad with ranch, cheese and green olives
snack - (will be some cheese.. )

If you ever get a chance to buy healthy meals at the grocery store. I highly recommend "Healthy Choice" meals. They are so good, and they are filling. I had one for lunch today. It was 350 calories and it was a chicken with rice dish. It also had a lot of preotein in it. It was terrific, try it! You can find them in the frozen meals/foods section.

1 1/2 Chocolate chip pancakes
1 Glass 1% milk
1/2 cinnionom stick
Small cup blueberry coffee cream and 3 spelendia.
Fries and Jr. Bacon cheeseburger from Wendy's.
One bottle water.
One bottle 60 calorie green tea bottle.
Horrible day.
