It's stiflingly hot and humid (nothing out of the ordinary in this tiny tropical country) - each round of drilling and concrete breaking only serving to rattle on Sol's nerves and chip chomp away at his already limited patience - (because the residents and the students and the cafe goers the people need to be reminded of the government's 'care' and the country's never-ending march towards that illusive goal of 'progress' and 'renewal' - sometimes many times ends up being censure and erasure instead - )

Oh well - takes a large gulp of his ice coffee (black, of course, no fuss no frills, none of that sweetened cream shit) - goes back to jabbing at his phone screen, cursing as the Suicune launches and lands a damaging Hydro Pump on his Tyranitar (yes, Sol was familiar with typing advantages; no, he gave absolutely no fucks - )
He just happened to be in the area after all, and a free legendary was too good to pass up.
