I've discovered there has been an increase of organic children aboard the ship. And given this new knowledge, I have decided to take it upon myself to relay my many wisdoms I've collected over my year of intelligence gathering. 1) Bed time is a lie, but it is also a truth. You can go to sleep when ever or not at all! 2) You can even stay up for 3 whole days if you're strong enough, but watch out! 3) Egg prices are a scam 4) I can be bribed for fun facts with Eggs 5) Do not climb Plant Kin like trees, they don't like it. 6) Did you know people die when they are killed? 7) The Monster under your bed is real. 8) Its me 9) I'm kidding. It's actually a dangerous scraplet I'm naming Dungeon Crawler 10) He also can be bribed with Eggs (they need to be metal though) but watch out! He bites! 11) He doesn't like it when you Bite him back. Thanks for coming to see short list of wisdoms.

Why would I ever lie about my good friend Dungeon Crawler. He nearly took my arm but lucky me I got it back. I don't know if he's actually a scraplet though. But I'm choosing to believe so.

Oh no oh no that's still scary. Did he listen when you asked for your arm back, or did he make awful noises like in Lan's movies?

Oh he made awful terrible sounds, like a grinding gear paired with a skipping record! Then I had to tackle him and pry open his mouth with one arm to get my other back out. Great time. Will harass again

[ Strangly Snake sends two links, one is blurred. The first is a strange video of a odd mechanical animal resembling a bug on four legs with what looks like a pilot hatch for a head. It is big enough to fit a child or teen in the hatch. Oddly the video does not seem to be taken on the ship.]

How much are the egg prices around here? I thought most things on the R2 were free.

Of course they are free, which is why anyone selling them for money is a scam! Also off ship they can be pricey..... which is a sssshame. Birds are rare....

Birds aren't the only ones that lay eggs. But how rare are they generally in the galaxy?

Well the whats it Kins that are birds are mostly endangered. :< I do not think I'm allowed to eat those eggs anyway. :< Bird Birds are probably more numourous.... Turtle eggs might be fun though, but I do not think the Adolescent Ninja Turtles would like me hunting for turtle eggs off ship. Other Reptile eggs are too soft. But I do like caviar.... I stole some last mission from rich people!~

What exactly are eggs?
They look like little pods and have goo inside, but the goo turns into a bird?

Eggs are a potential life, some creatures can't carry life the entire duration it needs to develop into young. So some creatures lay eggs and keep those eggs in safe nests so animals like me can't find them before they hatch after the developing process is completed. Sometimes though the eggs are completely infertile, without a life that will develop.

So like a protoform pod or a minicon panel
what decides whether or an egg is fertile or remains good

Usually you can not, but sometimes with a bit of time you can shine a light through it and see if it's developimg. But usually if you keep out breeding stock with egg layers you can usually just assume none are fertile.

Wait, what happens if you stay up for three whole days??? I can't even make it to midnight on solar New Year's Eve, but when I'm eleven years old mom and dad said I can stay up until 9:30 on school nights!

The Hat Man gets ya and you pass out to sleep any way. Sometimes they call this the SandManining.... where Sandman gives Hat Man a big sock of go to sleep and wacks you with it.

I've never seen any hatman or sandman whacking human kids

Most of this list is fibbing for fun, bud, or building off stories. The Sandman IS a story humans tell, but usually he just kinda sprinkles sand in your eyes. That's why we get crusty sleepies at the corners of our eyes, see? Stories explain things. The Hat Man is new, but let them cook. Does the Hat Man get vengeance???

Sleep deprivation for 24 hours is already bad enough, but it worsens at 48 with a weakened immune system, difficulty regulating emotions, and hallucinations. Rarely do normal people actually achieve 72, as by then, mental and physical health will have sharply declined even further. Increments of microsleep would be the only reason they aren't dead.

Oh, that makes sense. I thiiiiink I remember people talking about that kinda stuff when I visited the veteran affairs place with my mom once, in the group therapy session? Sleep deprivation. I was littler then, though, that was four whole years ago, I would've been five or six. Yeesh. Maybe it's okay I can't stay up until midnight, then. Thank you for explaining! (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶) .ᐟ.ᐟ
