Also, if anyone reading this registered recently, I went ahead and activated all the accounts that were requiring email confirmation, since that function is not working properly. For now, new accounts will require administrator activation, although I can't imagine any reason why we'd refuse to activate an account unless it looked to be an obvious troll or sock puppet.

Just so people don't spaz and freak out, there was some miscommunication between me and my server host. My server will be back up, hopefully by the end of the weekend.
