[Ah- With all the activity going on, Tenya is a bit overwhelmed, and it is only with recently receiving Tensei's Ingenium helmet that he seems to have been provided a source of calming energy.]

Greetings! My Name is Tenya Iida and I am - or was - a student of U.A. where I am training to be a Pro-Hero like my brother, Tensei.

I have a question to ask all of you, and I would deeply appreciate it if you could provide me a deep and honest answer.

Who do you think qualifies as a Hero? Or What do you think qualifies a person to be a Hero? What sort of moral code and personal ethics do you think makes for a True Hero?

I think that it would only be fair to you if I return the favor and answer my own questions.

When I think of a Hero, there are many that come to mind and quite a lot of them are here as well; but the one Hero that I think about the most is the Turbo Hero Ingenium - Tensei Iida.

To me, Tensei is a shining example of a great Hero. My brother does - did - everything for the good of the people and he often considered the thoughts of the victims and do his best to come up with solutions to solve them.

To me those are the sort of traits that qualifies one as a Hero.

[The question Iida poses is a lot to unpack, to be sure. Momo's still considering what answer to provide, but in the meantime... there's the barely concealed amusement in her voice as she responds.]

My, are you quizzing us on Heroics now, class president?

Oh, are you one of Yagi-san's students too?
lightofchaldea: (are you sure about that?)

I think there's a lot of different kinds of heroes, though?
collectsdust: (that would be bad)

As far as I'm concerned, they're all just a bunch of goody-two-shoes who get in the way.

But to answer your question, someone who can actually do their task without dying, I guess.

[ Why does it sound like this guy is capitalizing "hero" . . .

Regardless, once he finally responds, it's clear he's put a lot of thought into it. ]

A hero is someone who tries their best to protect as many people as possible, no matter what. They aren't selfish or short-sighted . . . [ like he is--a small burst of "I'm not good enough" feelings are communicated across the connection before he squashes it ] . . . and they get the job done. They put the safety of everyone else before themselves.

[ A nervous pause as he smiles to himself self-deprecatingly. ] At least, that's what I think.

[Well, she's already befriended a few of his classmates, so she offers a little smile.]

Hello Tenya. It's nice to meet you. My name is Lorna. I think there are a number of qualities essential to being a true hero. Showing courage even when scared, protecting others, acting in the best interests of those around them, and being compassionate are all important qualities, I think.
