The Magic of Flowers
[Video]
[During the day, the amulets transmit the image of a young girl standing outside of a certain café. She's dressed in the uniform of the place, albeit a smaller set with shorts instead of the usual pants or skirt, but she sure does apparently work there.]
Um... hello! Since the flower festival is coming up soon, Pleasantea Pastries is sampling some new flower teas! We have lavender, hibiscus, and rose teas, so if you have some time, please stop by and try some for free!
[A pause. Umm... was there anything else she should say? Nothing comes to mind, so after a moment:]
...That should be all, so, um... I hope to see you there!
[She gives a polite bow, and with that, the transmission ends.]
[Action]
[And true to her word, Hibiki can be found outside of the café, Pleasantea Pastries, with a little table set up with sample-sized cups! There's three thermoses, each labeled clearly with the type of tea.
Of course, she can't just sit idly by and wait for people to come try. She's got to earn her keep! Which is why your character might end up with a little girl approaching them, a bit nervous but clearly trying to be cheerful and friendly.]
Um, excuse me- would you like to sample some of our tea?
[There is a rumor about this place, that the tea is some of the very best, and has a calming affect when tasted. Maybe it would be worth it to give it a try?]

I would like to. Thank you, Hibiki. How has your day been fairing so far?

[She really brightens up once she sees who it is! She knows she's working, but it's nice to see her friends during the day, too.]
It's going really well! People seem to like the tea so far- um, which one would you like to try?

[She hurries along to fetch just that, carefully pouring the still-steaming liquid into a little cup and carrying it over again. As she always does during work, her steps are much more cautious to ensure she doesn't trip over nothing.]
Here! Please tell me how you like it.
[The taste of rose is present, yet not overpowering, and as with any tea Hibiki brews, it instills a feeling of being wrapped up in feelings of love and comfort.]

Oh, of course! I'd love to! [Her eyes are positively sparkling. She may be a little too excited over this.] It's been a while since I've had tea... I'm very thankful I caught your announcement earlier.
no subject
Ah, then- do you already know which one you'd like to try? I really like the lavender one, but they're all delicious!
no subject
Lavender tea does sound wonderful, yes! Did you brew these yourself?

So she travels to the cafe, taking a seat at a table. When Hibiki approaches her, she smiles.]
Why, yes, Hibiki. I would love to.

[Hibiki seems excited to see her again- this lady was really nice when they first met, she remembers.]
I hope you're settling in well! Do you know which tea you would like to try? We have lavender, hibiscus, and rose.
no subject
And I would like to try the "rose," if you'd please.

[Sonia's appearance is wildly different now, but her voice stays the same.]
no subject
Um... I'm so sorry, but have I met you before, miss...?
[This girl seems familiar somehow, she just can't quite place it...]
no subject
[Because telling anyone who isn't your friend yet that you changed your looks is hard work.]
It's Sonia, little one. We met during Selenium... In the mirror cave. I... [Um, what's the proper word for it?] have grown up.

action;
If the choice is between breaking more windows and drinking some tea, anyway, then he may as well try it out.
So when Hibiki approaches him as he enters the tea shop, he offers her a kind smile. After all the (admittedly true) things that were said about him on the crystal network he should maybe not be so willing to show his face in public, but he doesn't care. He just wants to try some tea. ]
Ah, yes, I would. Thank you, Hibiki-san. You said you have floral flavors?
[ That could be nice... ]

She saw the messages. She didn't even try to hide her identity when responding. As such, there's definitely a slight pause when she sees just who it is.
...Still. Still, she knows Kylo Ren, who was a known murderer before they even began to talk, before they even became friends, someone she knew she could trust and rely on. Kevin hid his past from her, the fact that he had killed so many in the past, and yet in this world he's likely the closest person to family she has. And, even if he did lie to her...
Isn't he here now, asking for tea in spite of everything?
So while the smile does falter for a second, it is, in the end, only a second. After that, she smiles just as brightly and genuinely as before, nodding her head.]
Uh-huh! Lavender, hibiscus, and rose. Which one would you like to try first, Akechi-san?
no subject
He isn't sure if that makes her brave, or foolish. ]
I think I'll try some lavender, if you wouldn't mind. But first...what should I expect upon drinking it?
[ He knows it isn't going to just be your average tea. ]

Oh, um. Yes, please. Is there . . . one you'd recommend? I've never had flower tea before.
no subject
One I recommend? Umm...
[She looks over to the teas thoughtfully.]
I like all of them, but I think I like the flavor of lavender the most. It's sweet, but not too sweet, and it makes me feel calmer!
no subject
Lavender, huh? That does sound nice . . .
[ He could stand to feel a little calmer these days, too... Or chill out in general. He turns a polite smile to the young girl. ]
I'll try the lavender, then.
