1. About Kaia Investment Partners

Kaia Investment Partners is the newly established investment arm of Kaia, launched in March to operate a diverse range of investment asset management businesses beyond a traditional eco-fund. As a key driver of the Kaia ecosystem's financial growth, Kaia Investment Partners manages multiple funds, including a dedicated VC fund focused heavily on accelerating the stablecoin and fintech ecosystems. We aim to identify, invest in, and nurture high-potential projects that deliver strong alpha and drive innovation in the Web3 financial landscape.

2. Role Overview

We are looking for an Investment Associate or Senior Associate to join the Kaia Investment Partners team. This is a core investment role focused on sourcing, evaluating, and executing venture investments — primarily through the stablecoin-focused VC fund, with potential exposure to other investment mandates across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in traditional finance or consulting, combined with hands-on Web3 investment experience. You are analytical, commercially minded, and passionate about the convergence of blockchain technology and global financial infrastructure. You thrive in fast-moving environments, take initiative, and produce high-quality work independently.

3. Key Responsibilities

The Investment Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our VC fund's success, specifically focusing on the stablecoin and fintech sectors. As a core mid-level member of the investment team, you will be expected to independently lead various stages of the investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing to execution, while maintaining high professional standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and identifying high-potential Web3 and fintech startups, with a strong emphasis on the stablecoin ecosystem.
• Conducting in-depth market research, competitive landscape analysis, and financial modeling to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Performing comprehensive due diligence (DD) on prospective projects and teams.
• Drafting high-quality, professional investment memos and presenting clear, data-driven findings to the investment committee.
• Monitoring the performance of portfolio companies and providing strategic support to foster their growth.
• Building and maintaining a robust network of industry founders, co-investors, and key stakeholders within the Web3 and traditional finance spaces.

4. Qualifications

• Total 5-6 years of professional experience, ideally striking a balance between traditional industries and the Web3 space.
• 2-3+ years of experience in traditional finance, investment, or corporate development/strategy roles.
• 2-3+ years of dedicated experience in Web3 (Preferably in Web3 VC, eco-fund investment, or Web3 Corporate Strategy roles).
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, coupled with a deep, demonstrable interest in the stablecoin and broader fintech ecosystems.
• Exceptional documentation and analytical skills, with a proven track record of drafting professional investment memos, reports, or legal/financial documents.
• Full professional proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive work attitude, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without needing micromanagement.
