What would you wish that the characters have done in the movie? I know I love verbally 'backseat-driving' while watching horror movies, what do you feel you would have done, or could have done better, had you been in any of their places?

PS: Has anyone come across any fics in which Andy lives? Or Kenneth survives the island and the zombie crisis? Especially if there is Kenneth/Andy slash? The scene with the blood smear on the white board broke my heart, and probably Kenneth's too. If it's slash, it'll probably be highly awkward slash, since they are both probably straight.

I was flipping though "Fangoria" magazine tonight and noticed Jake Weber's Michael from "Dawn of the Dead" was first runner up to Nick Frost of "Shaun of the Dead" for their best supporting actor award. Also, Sarah Polley's Ana was first runner up in best actress. "Dawn" also was second to "Hellboy" for best make up. "DotD" overall was runner up to Fango's movie of the year, "Shaun."

I'm sure everyone here has heard of fanfic100 by now. No, wait, you haven't. Because no one else has claimed Dawn of the Dead. Tsk tsk.

Anyway, I was just approved for Dawn of the Dead: Michael (and another subject which I'm sure very few to none of you would be interested in) and churned out my first story. Which is why I'm making this post. Shameless plugging.

It's for the prompt word #69 (*snort* I'm five), "Thunder." Cowboy. Rated PG and spoilery, but no one here would mind, right? Right? It needs some editing, but I'll get to it.

He also wrote Coffee, which is CJ/Terry and also Dawn of the Dead (2004) and it's good and makes me crave some of the stuff myself.

First pressings of the Dawn of the Dead '04 DVD came with an exclusive comic book. Sadly, the copy I got for Christmas was a later pressing. Does anyone have scans of the comic they'd be willing to share?
