Inae delivered the baby at 12:35 today at Newton Wellsley hospital. She would love visitors. Rm 508. Ill post specifics later but he's smaller than Julian

I accidentally changed the trip computer in my truck to metric. Miles per gallon was replaced with liters by 100km. I thought it was interesting that they report volume per distance as opposed to the other way around.

And I really don't want to re-price this proposal again.

Newark adventure continued

Rental car for the day - Mustang converible (my female colleague only allowed me to have the top down on the way back to the airport. Something about not wanting big wind blown hair for the meeting)

Meeting. Successful but ran overtime. Typical for these guys.

Reschedule 7:30 flight (which took off on time) to 9pm. Too late foir Indian dinner in Oak Grove Village with Indian colleagues.

Get to the airport and find the flight is delayed until 10:10. Damn - could have had Indian food! We grab dinner in airpirt that is cut short because departure time is now 9:22. We board the flight and wait on an active taxi way. Estimate wheels up time 11pm. I should have drove home in the Mustang.

Flight karma is now back in balance

This is too good. Either this afternoon's meeting is going to be a disaster or I'll be trapped on the runway for hours

Having someone on a window washing rig doing repair work on your office window is very distracting. Not that I need a lot of help today.

One more meeting and I think I'm going to head out to the barn and ride. Sorry to say, I don't remember the last time I was able to ride on a non weekend day.

Well I'm posting from a stuck elevator at work. Don't worry the elevator company is on its way and I'm pretty sure I on the lowest floor. Kind of funny I guess. That what I get for not walking two flight of stairs.

Oh well. Glad I ate the popcorn at 7pm.

Unfortunately I didn't bring my laptop and blackberry reception is spotty so at 30 minutes I'm getting a bit bored.

Edit. I'm out. A bored engineer isn't a good thing or maybe ok in this case
