I am hoping to lose around 15-20kg (I really need to!) I plan on keeping track of my daily excercise and what I'm eating - hopefully by recording this I will be forced into action! I am going to the US in July to meet my good friend Rusty and I want to look my best and have lots of energy! I know I can do it - I started going down hill when I stopped dancing - I used to be a size 8 and now I'm a size 14 eeeekkkkk!!!!! The truth hurts but I'm hoping it will push me into action - I need a kick in the pants!
