Welcome to the livejournal country top 40 chart. This chart, first organized in 2003, has been a decent success and has become a large and exciting program for not only the people who are part of it, but for its fans and viewers as well. Back in 2004/2005 this chart was first premiered as a personal profile and has sense then undergone many changes and additions. While this community is not for posting as a blog it is for fans to follow a top 40 chart that is decided on more than just popularity and sales. The songs that succeed on this chart owe their success to fan support and how deserving the artist and song are as well. Along with the chart itself, viewers are able to give their input on new music that has been released both to stores and radio and by the end of the year the best of the best from the year are put into song and album charts.
