I don't know why but I couldn't sleep, so instead, I cleaned the kitchen. I went to bed, couldn't sleep, so I made cookies. And now everyone's awake so I think I'm going to wait until my sisters go to school, and then I'll start cleaning the house. And the garden. Until I fall asleep or something.
Oh, the cookies: sugar+coffee cookies. THEY ARE AWESOME. The coffee really helps to take a little of the sweetness of the dough, and since I didn't work the dough as much, the cookies aren't flat and they're just chewy enough to be delicious.
I FINALLY LEARNED TO MAKE COOKIES. You have NO IDEA how long I've been wanting to do that.
IN OTHER NEWS: My trip to Campeche was delayed. Dad's car broke down so he had to do a huge payment to get it fixed, and since we hadn't bought my tickets yet, it's going to have to wait until after Spring Break.
Oh, well :/ it's still happening, it's just taking a little longer.
Now, to clean some more.
