I posted this on the Yahoogroup, too.

I'll be staying on as Blaise unless you would otherwise prefer. I seem to have grown fond of this character, although I am still in need of a good user picture.

I agree, it was getting a little confusing, what, with everyone posting different things and all. I admit I got a little lost. *laugh*

Blaise is here to stay. Don't worry about that.

who stays, who leaves

Ok, so Oliver stays. I'm sorry I haven't posted regularly, but I believe once the semester ends, things we'll be a better.

About Percy, I'm still uncertain. Lissa, will you still set up a Lucius? And what about Marcus?! If Marcus stays, and we have no Lucius, I'd mostly drop Percy out for someone else. If Marcus leaves and we have no Lucius, then Percy stays. If Marcus leaves and we have a Lucius, he stays too. So, basically, it all depends if we have a Lucius or if Marcus stays.

Once again, sorry for my lack of posting. I promise things will catch up soon.

ADMIN POST:

Okay. I know things aren't going well at the moment, and I have been attempting to come up with Action Plans to clean this up.

First of all, with all the characters dropping out, we need replacements, of course, but I'm not gonna get any until we clean this up a bit. Corking has become too messy. And I've tried emailing Donna, but haven't gotten replies yet, so this is just me, going adminy all on my own.

My Action Proposal:

First of all, with Jachelle quitting as Hermione, I believe Corking could be beinfitted by trimming some of the messes for Hermione's character. The werewolf stuff, particularly, just because that plot would be rather difficult for someone knew to deal with, and it complicates things unnecessarily, what with Hermione going home and all. It's not just Hermione's character in general that's making things difficult to carry on... I think we should go back a bit, to before it all got so stagnant... Any objections or ideas would most certainly be welcome. But I think that most of this stangantion comes from the bad plot twists and stuff, not to mention that many characters are feeling left out.

Secondly, Characters. Many of you haven't posted in weeks and I'm quite certain you don't even CHECK Corking, let alone ever plan to continue with it. While I understand this, it does make things messy for us, and I'd like your assistance in cleaning it all up. I do have other people interested in taking up roles, so... Don't feel bad if you no longer want to do this.
So here is my ruling. Every character that still intends to play in corking MUST REPLY TO THIS POST INDICATING SO. Alternately, if you decide NOT to play, and you see this message, PLEASE comment and leave your LJ user name and password so that we may pass it on to someone else. Those characters who do NOT REPLY WITHIN A WEEK (That is, the NINETEENTH OF JUNE), I will be forced to consider them resigned and, though it is not fair if we supplied you with your journal code, we will have no option other than to remove you from the community and create a new journal for your character and give it to someone else. For the record, here is a character list indicating your status at Corking. If you wish to change it, please, PLEASE comment.

Ginny: Staying
Draco: staying
Harry: uncertain
Seamus: uncertain
Hermione: available
Ron: uncertain
Pansy: availiable
Oliver: uncertan
Flint: uncertain
Justin: uncertain
Lavender: uncertain
Fred: available
George: uncertain
Neville: uncertain
Blaise: uncertain
Bill: uncertain
Cho: uncertain

Now, for the record, I mean no disrespect to those authors, I just want to clean this all up. Corking has gotten dreadfully messy.

I will be working on individual character portfolios for the characters we will be replacing, to give to the new authors to help them become introduced to their characters, so if you wish to leave your character, a brief summary of their plot as of now would be appreciated.

I really wish to clean Corking up and get it all in order again, and your co-operation is much appreciated, as well as any comments. I really think cutting back some of the more recent posts, (because nothing really has been happening and its just dragging on) would be helpful, and any suggestions as to how far (if anything) should be cut would be very helpful. And again, I mean no disrespect, I am only trying to get things in order.

I shall copy and post this to the yahoo group as well, to ensure that everyone reads it.

Thank you for all your help and hopefully Corking will be cleaned up and in good working order again soon!

Lavender crumpled up the note in her hand and stared blankly of the ball sitting on her palm.
Fred was gone?
Fred was gone?
Why was Fred gone?
How was Fred gone?
Lavender couldnt understand it. She had once respected Snape, and actually liked him, despite house grudges. But now.. Now she felt nothing but deep hatred welling within her.

Lavender Hated everything... Lavender was hate. Everything she loved was dead or gone, ad now the only emotion left to her was hate. Did God hate her? is that why she lost everyone she loved? well, that was ok. Because she could hate God right back.

Sinking down to the floor in some obscure corridor, She couldnt even cry this time. She couldnt feel sadness. Only hate.

Only hate... forever

*wahhhhhhhhh!!!*

Due to the fact that band camp starts next month and grandparents out of town are hounding for visits, I'm afraid that I will have to quit this RPG *cries*. I was hoping for time to play since it was summer, unfortunately I won't have much. If Donna or Lissa will e-mail me, I can give you the codes back if you need them and all so you won't have to kill me. Unless one of you has a plot, then e-mail me with how you want to kill Pansy. What do I do with this journal after Pansy is dead/turned in?

"Thanks Wood!"

Fred called cheerily after Oliver had told him the password to the Slytherin Common Room.

He George and Lavender ran off. They headed back to Gryffindor Tower to get the supplies that Fred had hidden up in his trunk.

Knowing that everyone would be at dinner by this time, They made their way to the Slytherin Dungeons.

Fred Whispered the password and the three of them crept inside. Where they proceeded to start draping toilet paper from every available object in the room.

Soon the entire room was a mass of white. You couldn't see anything anymore. But there was still more to be done and they were running low on "supplies".

"George. Lav." You two go get some more paper from my trunk. I will stay here and finish this roll off. They nodded in agreement and ran out the door.

Fred had just finished the last roll and stood back admiring his handywork when He heard an oily voice speak behind him.

"Well well well Weasley. Caught in the act this time. Come with me to my office please."

Fred Gulped as he turned and saw professor Snape standing behind him. He guiltily followed him out of the common room and down the hallways to Snape's office. There Proffessors Dumbledore and McGonagall were immediatly summoned. And it was decided that Fred had finally gone too far. He had pulled one to many pranks.

"Mr. Weasley," said Proffessor McGonagall gravely. "I am afraid we are going to have to suspend you indefinately. Please go up to your room and pack your belongings. You will be going home on the train this evening."

Staring at the floor Fred did as he was told. McGonagall with him the entire time he packed his things back up in his trunk and walked down to the train.

Shortly afterwards he was joined by Hermione. The two talked quietly on their long ride home.

((Well guys, Thats it for me then. I hope I left these open enough that if you find someone to take over the characters that they can both still come back. Hermione sat there lost in Blaise's kisses. Despite all the recent events that happened to her, she was happier than she had ever been. When she suddenly heard a tapping at the window. She pulled away and saw an owl tapping irratibly at the window with his beak. Blaise got up off the bed and let him in. He flew over to Hermione and she untied the letter from her leg. She opened it as the owl flew off and back out the window. Its from my mum and dad she said with a smile as she started reading it. But as she got further and further into the letter, her face began falling more and more. Tears began filling up in her eyes. She crumpled the letter up and threw it as hard as she could. It bounced of the far wall and she covered her face with her hands and began to sob.

"They....they are making me go away! They saw an article in the newspaper about Hannah and Millicent! And now with me being biten...they said its just not safe here anymore and I have to leave. They are sending me to a special boarding school for Werewolfs in FRANCE!"

She threw her arms around Blaise and cried unrestrainedly onto her shoulder.

"They said that they have already had my beolongings packed and that I am to take the train home tonight."

There was a knock at the door and Hermione, her face wet with tears, looked up. Dumbledore stood there. His eyes looked sad.

"Miss Granger." He said quietly. "Madame Pomfrey has just told me that it was safe for you to leave. You will have to come with me and I will take you down to the train."

Hermiones tear filled eyes looked back to Blaise. She kissed her softly and whispered goodbye. Then she got out of the bed and slowly walked over to Dumbledore. At the door she turned and glanced over her shoulder at Blaise one last time. "I love you."

Then she followed Dumbledore out to the train and started her journey back home.
